Our pricing model has been designed to ensure fair, consistent and transparent pricing for all our agents. Put simply, the more properties an agent advertises the more they pay. The less properties an agent advertises the less they pay.
Subscription costs are based on your pack (eg. Branded Business Plus) and tier (the number of ads you list on average monthly over the course of the previous year). This is reviewed on an annual basis.
What is my tier?
Your tier is determined by the number and type of properties you advertised on Daft the previous calendar year. We operate a weighted average system where:​

1 Sales Listing = 1 weight
-
1 Commercial Listing = 0.5 weight
-
1 Rental Listing = 0.5 weight
